Jeff Sober

Jeff is a Senior Vice President and the Director of Garver’s Water and Wastewater services. He is also on Garver’s Board of Directors. Jeff has 22 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, focusing on large scale facility master planning, wastewater treatment process design, grit removal science, and biosolids. Jeff is a Past President of the Water Environment Association of Texas and serves as Chair on the WEF Operations Challenge Committee. Jeff brings business, financial, and strategic partnership advice to the Rogue Water Lab Leadership Council.
