Leadership can be lonely. We’re curating connections—one water nerd at a time. Rogue Water lab sits down with the industry’s emerging leaders to share a cold beverage and a candid conversation around some of the hardest truths about leadership in the water sector.

Changing the status quo doesn’t come easy, and for many leaders, the journey feels isolating and frustrating. Raising the Bar is a reminder that you’re not alone and creates a space to elevate the voices of anyone that’s ever felt on the fringe professionally for any reason; ideology, sexual orientation, gender, race, culture, etc.

The water sector faces sizable challenges: a shrinking workforce, increasing affordability issues, climate change, aging infrastructure, and two million Americans without access to water and sanitation. These challenges require a diverse array of solutions that can only come from a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.

We learn from each other’s stories, especially those that challenge our status quo mindsets. It’s time to get comfortable with being uncomfortable so we can move forward and find solutions together.
