Convergence is a yearlong, cohort-based program designed to give communicators in utilities, state agencies, nonprofits, and water-adjacent companies a place to learn together in a structured but practical way. Catalyst, our flagship in-person event, brings this community together for three days, but we needed a deeper runway for skill building and experimentation. Convergence fills that gap. It blends expert instruction with hands-on work that participants can carry back to their organizations.
